Garland place cards

Gypsophila garland with Rhombe bauble. Among other things, you can use this beautiful decoration to adorn your plates with pretty place cards.

How to make the garland:

You will need bonsai wire, flower wire, flower tape and flowers (we used gypsophila)

Make a garland of bonsai wire.
Wrap flower tape all the way around the garland. It is important to stretch the tape slightly when you apply it to make it adhere better.
Tie the flower wire firmly to the garland. Cut little bouquets of flowers and set aside.
Attach the first bouquet to the garland and twist the flower wire around the stems a couple of times to secure.
Repeat the process with the next little bouquet, with the flowers covering the place where the first bouquet is affixed. Continue until you have the desired result.
If you choose to make an entire garland of flowers all the way around, the best way to finish is by lifting the first little bouquet and tying the last bouquet under it so there is no visible end. You may prefer to make just a partial garland.
